Who We Are
We are …
Encouragers, abounding in grace for one another.
Shoulders to cry on.
Friends to laugh with.
Sisters who rejoice in each other’s successes.
Lovers of food.
We are …
Prayer warriors, but we’re not a prayer group.
Worshippers, but we’re not a worship group.
Bible lovers, but we’re not a Bible study.
We are women. Professionals. Homemakers. Some of us are single. Some are married. Some have kids. Some have no kids. Some have fur babies.
We think the roles of wife and mother are vitally important. We believe that women are the influencers of their environments. So, we encourage each other to use that influence for the good of our relationships, friendships, marriages, families, and communities.
But we don’t stop there. As a group, we seek to go even deeper by discovering and walking out the destinies that God has for us as individuals.
Some of us know that we are right where we are supposed to be—in the midst of living our dreams. Some of us may feel stuck or discouraged. And some of us aren’t sure what exactly we should to be pursuing. And sometimes we find ourselves in one of these categories on one day, and a different one the next day.
We believe that each of us has a unique God-given destiny, dream, and passion that He placed deep inside of our hearts.
Together, we seek discover these passions and pursue them. With love, encouragement, and accountability, we want to be catalysts that propel each other into our God-ordained destinies.
That doesn’t always happen right away; it’s often a process. So in the midst of walking all of this out together, our motto is: Be the best version of yourself that you can be right now.
For where two or three gather in my name, there am I with them. –Matthew 18:20
What Our Meetings Are Like
We meet on Saturday mornings, once a month. There’s always coffee and too much delicious food.
We share our dreams and passions. We fellowship, worship, and pray. We laugh, encourage each other, and share what God is doing in our lives.
Usually one woman will share a word. Or share how her destiny is coming to life and where God is taking her.
Our founder, Tanja Brann began inviting a few friends into her home for the first time on Saturday, February 14, 2015. She is a born leader and her grace, encouragement, and obedience to the Lord are the bedrock of our gatherings.
She saw a need in the lives of her girlfriends. She wanted to encourage these women to walk out their destinies.
“Take your passion and combine it with a word from God. Pray and ask God specifically for a word about your passion and His intent. This will catapult you into your destiny.”
The group began under the name Coffee, Croissants, and Chocolate (3C for short). Coffee because we meet in the morning. Croissants because it’s bread, and Tanja is Swiss, so it’s basically the law that these are there. And chocolate because we are women and it releases oxytocin.
There were 5 people at the first meeting, and the group has since grown to 20 women. Among these women, we have novelists who are writing books. Speakers who are taking on speaking engagements. Ministry leaders who are taking ground for the Lord in Europe. Moms who are becoming better moms. Worship leaders who are writing songs. Professional women who are being encouraged. And more.
Our group continues to grow, and we’d love for you to join us!
